TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E240 OF 2023 By Mutio Masila Musau, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masila Musuu, who died at Kaveta, on 27th July, 1993. CAUSE No. E278 OF 2023 By Jackson Mwalimu Muthangya, of P.O. Box 1-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndunge Mutisya, who died at Kalindilo Sub- location, on 21st August, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
