TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E652 OF 2023 By (1) Timina Nekesa Amutengu and (2) Patrick Mutsotso Amutengu, both of P.O. Box 279, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Amutengu Mutsotso, who died at Shirere, on 9th December, 2020. CAUSE NO. E658 OF 2023 By Margaret Nekesa Liguyani, of P.O. Box 120, Khayega in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Imbwaga Likuyani alias John Likuyani, who died at Museno, on 22nd May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
