TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E703 OF 2023 By Frida Mudeizi Mahiva, of P.O. Box 96, Lugari in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakariah Mahiva Mung‘asia alias Zakariah M. Mung’asia alias Zakaria Mahiva Mungasia alias Zacharia Mahiva Mung’asia, who died on 15th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
