TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E688 OF 2023 By Morris Shituku, of P.O. Box 263, Chavakali in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karimendi Inyeni Shituku alias Clement Inyani_ alias Karimendi Shituku Inyeni alias Clement Shituku, who died at St. Elizabeth Mukumu Hospital in Kenya, on [8th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E696 OF 2023 By Ramadhan Athumani Sakali, of P.O. Box |, Lubao in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athumani Likhanga Sakali alias Athumani Likhanga, who died at Shiyunzu, on 20th June, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
