E28 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Nyawira Maitho and (2) Winnie Nyokabi Maitho, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Maitho Ndiang’ui, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 13th August, 2022. CAUSE NO. E29 OF 2023 By Wilson Lepaine Sinkuir, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mereso ene Lepeine Saitabao, who died at Siloam Medical, on Ist April, 2015. CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By (1) Madlene Wangari Njoroge and (2) Kevin Maina Njoroge, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jocelyn Waithira Njoroge, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 12th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Muthoni Lemaron and (2) Nelly Taiyo Mapi, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathew Lemaron Mapi, who died at Kibiko, on 21st November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2023 By (1) Paula Dafi Moreti and (2) Bayri Robert Lohay, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Thecla Lohay, who died at Inkariak Ronkena, on 11th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
