TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2023 By (1) Jane Njoki Ruigu and (2) Solomon Muigai Ruigu, both of P.O. Box 6167-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Douglas Ruigu Kanyuku alias Kanyuku Douglas Ruigu alias Mr. Douglas Ruigu Kanyuku, who died at Gathangari, on 10th August, 2020. CAUSE NO. 85 OF 2023 By Francis Njagwi Muchai, of P.O. Box 34917-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matricia Waithira Muchai alias Waithira Muchai, who died at Muthiga, on 22nd April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
