TAKE NOTICE applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E171 OF 2022 By Jane Akinyi Mitoka, of P.O. Box 70-40105, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obiero Bowa, who died at Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 16th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. E172 OF 2022 By (1) Joyce Eunice Angatia and (2) Kevin Ombisi Ambuyo, both of P.O. Box 214, Luanda in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edgar Ombisi Ambuyo, who died on Ist September, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
