E147 OF 2023 By George Omondi Ogweno, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philemon Dundo Omondi alias Filimon Dundo, who died on 10th April, 1988. CAUSE NO. 178 OF 2023 By James Owuonda Ndago, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Owuonda Obade, who died on 20th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E337 OF 2023 By Eunice Adhiambo Ondeng, of P.O. Box 275, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Ochuodho Ager alias Ochuodho Ager, who died at Kajimbo, on 20th July, 1987. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
