TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2023 By Prisca Akinyi Oiro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Ouma Jairo alias Thomas Auma Ila, who died on 29th May, 2000. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2023 By Sila Okoth Maina, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholus Maina Nyaliech alias Maina Nyaliech, who died on 3rd September, 1998. CAUSE NO. 244 OF 2023 By Petro Amos Majanga, of P.O. Box 1, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raphael Majanga Nandi alias Majanga Nandi, who died at Tura, on 15th October, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
