TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 68 OF 2023 By Phanice Muhonja Vilembwa, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeo Vilembwa alias Simeo Vilembwa Adulu, who died at Kigama Sub-location, on 10th August, 2012. CAUSE NO. 70 OF 2023 By Geoffrey Onyango Aguvasu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Erasto Aguvasu Savatia alias Erasto Kidiavayi, who died at Mukingi Sub-location, on 20th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. 192 OF 2023 By Julius Mukangola Osee, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benard Osee alias Benard Ose, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 15th May, 2005.
