TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E20 oF 2023 By Nicholas Wangai Githae, of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Githae Muchendu, who died at Matunda Sub-location, on 31st January, 2020. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2023 By (1) Martha Wanjiku Ngarama and (2) Amos Kamau Ngarama, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ngarama Kamau, who died at Mathakwa Sub-location, on 13th April, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
