CAUSE NO. 356 OF 2022 By (1) Salina Cherotich and (2) Rose Jebet Limo, both of P.O. Box 2198-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kimurgor Limo, who died at Kongasis, on 25th February, 2019. CAUSE NO. 360 OF 2022 By (1!) Joseph Kiprotich Koimur and (2) Barnabas Kipchumba Tuwei, and (3) Wilson Kipkogei, all of P.O. Box 958-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kugo Kimosop Koimur alias Kugo Kimosop alias Kimosop Koimur, who died at Emlkwen, on 19th December, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
