Box 1, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kipsoi Solit, who died at Mercy Hospital in Kenya, on !0th December, 2005. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2023 By Ambrose Bundi M’Ragwa, of P.O. Box 4144-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Kangai M’Ragwa, who died at Crystal Cottage Medical Centre, on 16th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
