TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 14 OF 2023 By (1) Joyce Wanjiru Gachima and (2) Jorum Irungu Gachima, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Gachima Mugo alias Gacima Mugo, who died at Ethi Sub-location, on 10th October, 1989. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2023 By Mary Murugi Karari, of P.O Box 224-10406, Timau in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karari Wambugu Gitumbi, who died at Laikipia Health Services, on 20th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
