TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E45 OF 2023 By (1) Beth Waithira Kiarie and (2) Jacqueline Wanjiku Kioni, both of P.O. Box 759-01001, Kalimoni in Kenya, through Messrs. Jean M. Nyoro & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Kioni Wamutitu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 8th September, 2022. CAUSE No. E72 OF 2023 By (1) Monica Wanjiku Gatune and (2) Samuel Nyoike Gatune, both of P.O. Box 795, Thika in Kenya, through Messrs. Lilian Marion Associate, advocates of Thika, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Gatune Nyoike, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 15th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
