TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E281 OF 2023 By (1) Richard Mburu Kahuho and (2) Margaret Wanjiru Kahuho, both of P.O. Box 485-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi wambui Kahuho, who died at Ngaita, Kiambu, on 29th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
