TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2023 By Karume Njoga Erick, of P.O. Box 510—40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustine Njoga Omola, who died at Kisumu County Hospital, on 16th November, 2015. CAUSE No. E145 OF 2023 By Rose Achieng Otuol, of P.O. Box 257, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Otuol Thomo, who died at West Kadianga, on 25th November, 1996. CAUSE NO. E154 OF 2023 By (1) Opiyo William Ouma and (2) Magolo Naboth Benjamin, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Oloo Milando alias Oloo Milando alias Boaz Oloo, who died on 12th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
