Box 4046—40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Dianga Waore alias Dianga Waore, who died at Kodero on 7th June, 1992. CAUSE No. E409 OF 2022 By (1) Victor Otieno Tako and (2) Kevin Otieno Tako, both of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Otieno Jobboys alias Julius Tako Jubuyi, who died at Nyalunya, on 19th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E139 OF 2022 By Esther Apiyo Okumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obwaga Okumu alias John Okumu Obwago alias Obiero Obwago, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 31st January, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
