TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E305 OF 2023 By Gilbert Cheruiyot Siandoi, of P.O. Box 92, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Siandoi Ingiria, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 5th February 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
