TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E90 OF 2023 By (1) Urmila Pramodkumar Mulchand Shah alias Urmila Parmod Kumar Shah and (2) Sonesh Pramodkumar Shah alias Sonesh Pramodkumar Mulchand Shah, both of P.O. Box 88934-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for. a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Parmodkumar Mulchand Ramji Shah alias Pramodkumar Mulchand Shah alias Parmodkumar Mulchand Shah, who died at Pandya Memorial Hospital, Mombasa in Kenya, on 16th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
