TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Kasikwa and (2) Mathew Parsimei Kasikua, both of P.O. Box 3, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koitat ole Kasikwa, who died at Eur-Kule, on 9th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2023 By Francis Salaton Naikuni, of P.O. Box 36654-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Rakita Naikuni alias Robert Raketa Naikuni, who died at Mathangauta Farm, on 12th November, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
