TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 69 OF 2023 By (1) Harun Kungu Kamuri and (2) Esther Muthoni Kamuri, both of P.O. Box 15314, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Kamuri Nganga, who died at Gitare, on 31st January, 2022. 14th July, 2023 CAUSE NO. 81 OF 2023 By (1) Marion Cherotich Chumo and (2) Derick Chesaro Kulei, both of P.O. Box 15406-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s child and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stella Jepkoech Kulei, who died at St. Lukes Hospital in Kenya, on 19th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
