TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 28th July, 2023 CAUSE No. E5 OF 2022 By Yusuf Mein, of P.O. Box 23878-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeffrey Robin Mein alias Osman Mein, who died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on Sth July, 2008. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By Ali Mohammed Ali, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohammed Ali Ahmed, who died at Nairobi, on 13th March, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
