Box 27, Kendu Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Osano Onditi alias Osano Onditi, who died at Kobuya East, on 23rd May, 2000. CAUSE NO. 277 OF 2023 By Roda Aoko Odwar, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Behela Ogoya Oricho, who died on 2nd September, 1996. CAUSE NO. 278 OF 2023 By Lawi Oyugi Ocharo, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Omollo Ocharo alias Naphtali Omolo Ocharo, who died on 17th June, 1994, CAUSE NO. 343 OF 2023 By Charles Otieno Ware, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ware Afanya Ogwang alias Afanya Ogwang, who died on 27th December, 1986.
