TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2022 -, , By Samuel Mwita Getangita, of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mekere Ngera alias Daniel Makere Ngera, who died at Masaba Sub- location, on 29th December, 1999. CAUSE No. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Charles Mbosiro Mwita and (2) Stephen Gati Mbusiro, both of P.O. Box 1, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mbusiro Mwita, who died on 6th July, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
