TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: a CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2023 ‘ tL By (1) Lydia Nyachija Munema, (2) Samuel Omambia and. (3) Abner Nyamwega, all of P.O. Box 32-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant ‘of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jackson Oketch Ainos alias Jackson Oketch Amosi alias Jackson Oketchi, who died “at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 26th January, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
