TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By (1) Joram Wachira Kahuthia and (2) Jackson Kiama Kahuthia, both of P.O. Box 147-20318, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Luka Kahuthia Kibui, who died at St. Mary’s Hospital in Kenya, on 26th November, 2008. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2023 By Samuel Kangethe Njihia, of P.O. Box 127, North Kinangop in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Kahara Njihia, who died on 14th July, 2019.
