TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2023 By John Macharia Kirubi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wambui Mwangi, who died at District Hospital, Murang’a in Kenya, on 8th August, 1977. CAUSE No. E86 OF 2023 By John Macharia Kirubi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Walter kirubi Mwangi, who died at Gacharage, on 25th December, 1996. CAUSE No. E105 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Wanjiku Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fridah Wairimu Njoroge, who died at District Hospital, Thika in Kenya, on 4th June, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
