TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 364 OF 2022 By Veronica Wanjeri Kariuki, of P.O. Box 1283-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rosemary Njeri Njoroge, who died at Gitaru Sub-location, on 16th December, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
