TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E76 OF 2022 ‘ By Risper Sarange Geke, of P.O. Box 434, Nyamira in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Edward Omuga Obao, who died at Charachani, on 12th April, 2002. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2022 “ By Jason Nyakundi Sobera, of P.O. Box 5, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Risper Kerubo Momanyi, who died on 17th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
