TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E150 OF 2022 By Josephine Nyaboke Nyakundi, of P.O. Box 99540200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mose Ogamba, who died at Kisii, on 23rd July, 1997. CAUSE NO. 152 OF 2023 By Benard Makori Borura, of P.O. Box 957-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Borura Miyogo, who died at Kisii, on 15th August, 1990. CAUSE NO. 224 OF 2023 By (1) Andrew Aminga Nyabwari and (2) Dismus Mochoge Onduso, both of P.O. Box 4037-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwamboka Nyabwari, who died on 5th December, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
