TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2023 By Lenah Mumbi Kano, of P.O. Box 118-90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kano Ngumbi alias Kano Ngumbi Muthiani, who died at Kyanika Location, on 3rd March, 1995. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2023 By Christine Nzyoka Ivia, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pius Ivia Nzengu, who died at District Hospital, Mwingi, on 23rd March, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
