TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E8 OF 2023 By Susan Mwamwathi Mati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Mati Baimula alias Mati Baimura Thakaibua alias Baimura Thhanaibua, who died at Kaelo, on 15th May, 1986. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2023 By Joseph M’Mwirabua, of P.O. Box 45-60601, Laare in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arianga Tharianga alias Arianga Tharianga Itirima, who died at Antuambui, on 3rd August, 1983. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
