TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 177 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Waweru Wagura and (2) Mary Muthoni Wagura, both of P.O. Box 1050-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Wagura Ngumi alias Danie! Wagura Nguni alias Daniel Wagura Ngure, who died at Ndindika School, on 2nd December, 2022. CAUSE NO. 263 OF 2023 By Mary Wanjiru Ndungu, of P.O. Box 171, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Ndungu Mburu, who died at Maryland, USA, on 10th May, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
