Box 362-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okello Ochuka Nyumba alias Okelo Ochuka, who died on 20th July, 1998. CAUSE No. E201 OF 2023 By Domnick Oduor Ogonda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfred Ogonda Muga alias Ogonda Muga, who died at Kanyambuwi, on 23rd May, 2005. CAUSE NO. 210 OF 2023 By (1) Ezakiel Asadhi Osumba and (2) Felix Ouma Asadhi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruth Achieng Asadhi, who died on 7th January 2023. CAUSE NO. E233 OF 2023 By (1) Barack Saoke Ogiaga and (2) Wilfrida Anyango Saoke, both of P.O. Box 307-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Saoke Ogiaga, who died at St. Leonards Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd February, 1998. CAUSE No. E302 OF 2023 By Joseph Ala! Olango, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderea Ngure Ongoma, who died at Got Nyabondo, on 16th July, 1988.
