CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2023 By Jenifa Adoyo Obure, of P.O. Box 49-40132, Rabuor in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Obure Ongaro alias Obure Ongaro, who died at Kolwa East Location, on 27th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E249 oF 2023 By Paul Otieno Ochola, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Carilus Ochola Ongong alias Karilus Ochola Ongong, who died on 9th November, 2000. CAUSE NO. E257 OF 2023 By (1) Grace Awiti Okite and (2) Jacob Nyabande Okite, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Okite Obedi alias Johanes Okite Obedi, who died at Chige, Kisumu, on 18th July, 2007.
