CAUSE NO. E208 OF 2023 By Robert Ouko Magati, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Magati Oyieko alias Eliakim Magati Oyieko, who died at Lower Kadongo, on Ist December, 1980. CAUSE NO. 214 OF 2023 By Ismael Ogondi Pande, of P.O. Box 153, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owino Jagongo, who died at Kit Mikayi, on 10th December, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
