TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E250 OF 2023 By (1) Dominic Njoroge Gitau and (2) David Muhoro Gitau, both of P.O. Box 14477-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresiah Wanjiku Gitau alias Wanjiku Gitau, who died at Miti Mingi, on 21st June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2022 By Joyce Njeri Babu, of P.O. Box 48799-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Babu Karanja alias John Babu alias John Babu “B”, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 27th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
