TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E269 OF 2022 By (1). Difrodah Judith Mawondo .Maganga and (2). Aggrey Mndwakisha, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Humphrey Mwakio Mndwakisha, who died at Wesu Hospital in Kenya, on 21st January, 2000. CAUSE NO. E34 OF 2023 By (1) Celestina Mshai King’ori and (2) Aldenard Kori Mwadilo, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Mswahili Mwadilo, who died at Kisauni, on 13th February, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
