TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 379 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wanyika Mwabili and (2) Farida Mkakisha Mwazala, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwazala Saidi, who died at Aga Khan University Hospital in Kenya, on 19th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. 276 OF 2022 By (1) Mwanamisi Ali Mwari and (2) Said Mohamed, both of P.O. Box 714~-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate-to the estate of Mohamed Said Mwalangaza, who died at Likoni, on 9th January, 2022. CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2023 By (1) Julia Mwikali Masya and (2) John Mutunga Sila Masya, both of P.O. Box 714-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Mutunga Masya, who died at Mombasa Hospital in Kenya, on 24th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
