TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E60 OF 2023 By Eve Sylvia Waigumo Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1884, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, through Messrs. Wamaitha Kang’ethe & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Linda Wambui Mwangi alias Unice Wambui Mwangi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 30th March, 2004. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2023 By (1) Anthony Gichatha Kamau and (2) Nelson Muturi Kamau, the deceased’s stepsons, through Messrs. Muguku Kimathi & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eunice Wanjiku Kamau, who died at Lengut, on 16th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
