TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2023 By Elizabeth Kay Cook, of P.O. Box 87-00606, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s Jast will, through Messrs. Judy Thongori & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of probate of last will of Damian Cook Paul alias Damian Cook, who died at Tawfiq Hospital in Kenya, on 20th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
