TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Lawrence Morumbi Mantina and (2) Eunice Njeri ene Mantina, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Ita Mantina, who died at Olooloitikoshi, on 17th July, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
