REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ramadhan Salim Saidimu Abdi, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Gede/Dabaso/249, situate in the district of Kilifi, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Malindi in suit no 118 of 2019, has decreed that the land title deed registered in the name of Nazi Mrira Mwafungo, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Ramadahan Salim Saidimu Abdi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
