WHEREAS Buildcraft Construction Company Limited, is the registered proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that piece of land 23rd September, 2022 situate in Kwale District. registered under title No. Kwale/Funzi Island/80, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
