REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Neéerit Estate Limited, of P.O. Box 10643-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of leasehold ownership from the Government of Kenya, of all that piece of land known as Group V 64, Kilifi, situate in the Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered under certificate of title C.R. 21945, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
