NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th July, 2022. duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 334, in Volume B-13, Folio 2226/18767, File No. 1637 by our client, Christine Mukai Ngerenya Charo, of P.O. Box 80401-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mukai Athman formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mukai Athman and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine Mukai Ngerenya Charo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christine Mukai Ngerenya Charo only.
