Box 45707-— 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Catherine Cheptoo Amai, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Catherine Cheptoo Amai, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Hidaya Cheptoo Amai, for all purpéses and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Hidaya Cheptoo Amai only.
