NOTICE is given that preparation of the above development plan was on 4th July, 2022, completed, The development plan relates to land situated within Kirinyaga County. A copy of the development plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the County Physical Planning Office and the Department of Land, Housing and Urban Development, Kirinyaga County. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Physical Planning Office and the Department of Land, Housing and Urban Development, Kirinyaga County. between 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named part development plan may send such representation in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member and Director of Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 260, Kutus, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this notice and such representation or objection shal! state the grounds on which it is made. Date the 20th September, 2022. S.
