IT IS notified for the information of the general public that to pursuant to section 12 (1) of the County Governments Act, 2012, sections 8, 9 and 47 read together with the First Schedule of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017, the position of one man and one woman of the Kakamega County Assembly representing the public to be members of the County Assembly Service Board is declared vacant. Candidates should meet the qualifications as set out under section 9 of the County Governments Act as follows — (a) is acitizen of Kenya: (b) holds a degree from a recognized university in Kenya: (c) has at least ten years’ experience in public affairs: and (d) meets the requirement of leadership and integrity in Chapter Six of the Constitution. Applicants should attach to the application certified copies of academic testimonials, curriculum vitae, national id or passport and current clearance from DCI. KRA and EACC Applications must be received on or before Friday, 4th November, 2022, at 5.00 p.m and may be posted or hand delivered to the Clerk of County Assembly/Secretary, Kakamega County Assembly Service Board, P.O.
